Online access

You can access the tools and resources from our previous wellness year by logging on to wibenefitshelp.com and selecting “My Health.” You can also download the MyQHealth mobile app.

Note that beginning in January 2025, you will access the wellness program through anthem.com or the Sydney Health app. Learn more about Anthem Total Health Connections.

Avoid the Wellness Surcharge

Understanding your health stats, like cholesterol and blood pressure, can help you identify health risks early and make positive changes. Employees and spouses enrolled in medical coverage as of January 1, 2025, must complete a health screening with a blood draw by September 30, 2025, to avoid the Wellness Surcharge in 2026. You can complete your screening and blood draw at our Medical Center, at an onsite screening event, with your doctor or at a LabCorp location.

Challenges

Employees and spouses who participate in challenges will also earn entries into sweepstakes drawings at the end of the year.

Beginning in January, you can complete these challenges and activities on the Anthem website or Sydney Health app. Additional information will be available early next year.

New hire requirements

As a new employee, your requirements are based on the date your benefits coverage begins.

If your coverage begins:

  • On January 1: You are required to complete a health screening with a blood draw to avoid the surcharge in the following calendar year.
  • January 2 or later: You are not required to complete the health screening with a blood draw; the surcharge is automatically waived.
