HEALTH CARETO KEEP YOU COVERED
Worthington offers two medical plan options with a Health Savings Account (HSA) — the HSA Blue Plan and the HSA Green Plan. Both plans are self-funded, which means Worthington pays the health care claims, not an outside insurance company.
That’s why it’s important to help us control costs by spending wisely. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield offers an extensive national provider network with strong in-network discounts.
Review the table below comparing 2024 coverage and costs for both plans. Be sure to review your 2025 medical plan options and costs, including new plan names, on the What’s New page.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Who’s eligible for the HSA Plan?
Most employees are eligible. But, you can’t contribute to an HSA if:
- You’re enrolled in another medical plan like Medicare, your spouse’s plan or military coverage; or
- You received VA medical care within the last three months without a disability rating.
If one of the above applies to you, you may enroll in an alternative plan. Call the People Center at 877.840.6506 to learn more and enroll.
How do I update my HSA contributions?
- Log into the Worthington Enterprises enrollment site.
- Click the “Life Event” link on the left of your personalized page.
- Follow the prompts for a Health Savings Account change.
If you prefer, you can check and change your HSA contributions by calling the People Center at 877.840.6506.
Can I decline Worthington medical coverage?
Yes. If you decline coverage through Worthington, you will not be able to change that election or enroll in benefits again until the next Open Enrollment period or if you experience a major life event.
New Hires: You may decline coverage within 30 days of your hire date. If you don’t decline coverage, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the medical plan with tobacco surcharge.
To decline coverage, log into the enrollment site, or call the People Center at 877.840.6506.
Is my doctor in the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield network?
You can go to any doctor you’d like, but you’ll save money — and help keep all our healthcare costs down — when your doctor is in-network.
To confirm your doctor is in-network, or to find a new provider, call Quantum Health at 888.971.7377.
