[ WHAT'S NEW FOR 2026 ]

LEARN WHAT’S CHANGING

Since our founding 70 years ago, Worthington Enterprises has led the way with a people-first culture prioritizing taking care of one another because it is simply the right thing to do. Our Philosophy that people are our most important asset is reflected in the comprehensive benefits program the Company offers to its employees and their families.

Consider the changes highlighted below, all effective January 1, 2026.

Medical Plan Costs

Healthcare expenses continue to rise nationwide because of many factors. Worthington is not immune to these increases, which are reflected in the 2026 medical plans that are outlined in the Open Enrollment Quickstart guide and in the detailed in the Benefits Summary document. These documents will be distributed by HR at your Open Enrollment meeting, and you can find them when you log into the enrollment site to make your elections. We remain committed to providing the best options available and are proud to cover more of your healthcare costs than comparable employers.

New Timing for Company HSA Contributions

To help our employees have more money available earlier in the year to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, Worthington Enterprises will deposit 50% of our Company Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution on the first pay date in January and the other 50% on the first pay date in July. You must be enrolled in the HSA Select Plan or the HSA Choice Plan to receive these contributions.

The total Company HSA contribution amount will remain the same in 2026:

  • HSA Select Plan: $1,000 Employee only/$2,000 Family
  • HSA Choice Plan: $750 Employee only/$1,500 Family
New ID Cards Only for First-Time Enrollees

New ID cards will be sent to first-time enrollees or employees who make changes for 2026. Existing participants who keep the same plan will not receive new ID cards. Reminder: You can access a digital copy of your ID card on Anthem’s Sydney Health mobile app.

Programa de bienestar

Starting in January, employees and spouses who complete wellness challenges and activities through Anthem will have the opportunity to win one of twelve $100 Mastercard gift cards each quarter. The more activities you complete, the more chances to win!

Employees and spouses enrolled in Worthington medical coverage as of January 1, 2026, must complete a health screening with a blood draw by September 30, 2026, to avoid a $480/year per person wellness surcharge during the calendar year 2027.

2026 Spending Account Limits

HSA: The combined limit for Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, both yours and the Company’s, in 2026 is increasing to $4,400 for employee-only coverage and $8,750 for all other coverage levels. If you’re age 55 or over, you can make an additional catchup contribution of $1,000.

FSAs: The 2026 IRS contribution limit to the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is increasing to $3,300. The Dependent Care FSA contribution limit is also increasing to $7,500.
