CARE’s mission is to amplify the voices of working parents and caregivers by creating an environment where their needs are supported, and work life can be more compatible with home life.
Advocates of Women's Empowerment Resource Group
Advocates of Women’s mission is to foster a supportive and collaborative environment to empower, develop and support the continued success of women while growing an internal community dedicated to ensuring women’s equality.
HOLA Resource Group
HOLA’s mission is to empower and connect Lantinx employees as well as foster professional growth, cultural awareness, and a sense of belonging. Through collaborative initiatives, mentorship programs, and community outreach, we aim to contribute to an organizational culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
HONOR Resource Group
HONOR’s mission is to create and sustain a respectful and encouraging environment where veterans can connect and cultivate a strong workplace community that embraces veterans and encourages their career development and retention.
PRIDE Resource Group
PRIDE’s mission is to foster an environment of respect, dignity and belonging for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
THRIVE Resource Group
THRIVE’s mission is to create a safe space to learn, talk about, and share life changing resources and tools related to mental health, so our people and their families have support and can thrive in life.
