[ WHAT'S NEW FOR 2025 ]

LEARN WHAT’S CHANGING

Worthington Enterprises helps enable people to live safer, healthier and more expressive lives. Our comprehensive benefits program delivers on that same promise for our people. We’re making several enhancements to further empower you to thrive with access to high-quality, affordable coverage.

As you prepare to enroll, consider the changes that will be effective January 1, 2025.

Introducing Anthem Total Health Connections

Anthem Total Health Connections provides streamlined health care administration and a better member experience. Access Family Advocates, wellness programming, and a suite of additional clinical and support services all in one place. For added convenience, download the Sydney Health app for secure access to your health care benefits on the go, starting January 1, 2025. Additional information will be available in early 2025. For now, learn more here.

New Medical Plan Names and ID Cards

We will continue to offer two medical plan options. While the plans’ features aren’t changing, their names are. The HSA Select Plan, formerly the HSA Blue Plan, offers lower out-of-pocket costs when you receive care in exchange for higher per-paycheck costs. The HSA Choice Plan, formerly the HSA Green Plan, offers lower per-paycheck costs, but you may pay more out of pocket when you receive care. Both plans continue to cover in-network preventive care at 100%.

If you enroll in one of our medical plans for 2025, you will receive a new medical ID card to begin using in January 2025 for you and any covered dependents. Your medical ID cards will reflect a new group number but the same member ID numbers as you had in 2024.

Medical Plan Costs

Worthington is proud to continue to cover 90% of health care costs. Due to rising health care costs nationwide, monthly employee contributions will increase. Deductible will also increase due to IRS regulations. Make note of these costs as you consider which plan may be right for you.
